We have been working hard recently on a number of small but important changes to the Premia Solutions system. Improvements have been made to the month end invoicing process and a change to the way customer letters are produced should see benefits for their claims administrators. The next large change to to the system will be the ones that are required for the VAT changes on 1st January - if only it was as simply as changing a setting from 17.5% to 20%.
A number of agencies have been using our services in the last month or so. We have have helped them produce and develop a number of HTML email newsletters, landing pages and microsites and in the process shown in them that we can deliver quickly and efficiently but at the same time maintaining a high quality level of work.
Finally, we made some small changes to Fabulous Vodka's website last week - tweaking some of the links and labels to make it a little more obvious that the site does indeed sell it's vodka online. For some reason there have been a number of customers recently that have asked whether they can buy vodka online from the website. We're also planning some promotions to try and encourage people to spread the word about the excellent drinks that Fabulous produce.

We've recently updated the Fabulous Vodka Company website with their new product - Oak Aged Vodka - referred to as Cask One. Oak ageing the vodka has given it a fantastic hint of whiskey meaning that Cask One appeals to both the vodka and whiskey drinker. Chris at Fabulous has done an excellent job developing this new drink and we are looking forward to tasting some of the drinks that he currently has in development.
We have just set up Fabulous Vodka and Miss Model Boutique up with accounts where they can send out HTML email newsletters to their customers and followers. The system is easy to use and allows them to log in and send their own newsletters using the templates that we have created, tested and uploaded beforehand. It's a great way to do things as it allows them to concentrate on getting their message out there in a format that looks great - but doesn't require assistance from us. We will be shortly integrating sign up forms into their website and Facebook pages and updating the order process to sign new customers up automatically to their mailing list.

We have recently launched a new brochureware website for a real estate consultancy business. Recept Consulting gave us the brief to produce a classical site that was clean and tidy and made good use of library images. The project was turned around quickly and we actually had the website ready to go live before the company launch date.
We have also been working on integrating SMS messaging into a client website that we inherited from a previous development company. The website is a simple booking system which has waiting list functionality for customers to put themselves on in case another customer cancels their booking. The cancellation process now triggers SMS messages to all customers on the waiting list, letting them know that there is now availability and they can visit the site to make their booking. The SMS feature is proving to be very effective with customers taking up cancelled bookings in a matter of minutes of receiving the text message.
